PART RETURNS: To ensure that you receive proper credit for your parts return, you must send an email to scparts@americancargogroup.com, stating the reason for the return.  If the return is approved, we will send you a form (RMA) that must be in with the returned parts. Failure to do so will result in no credit being issued.

NO PARTS WILL BE CREDITED WITHOUT A COPY OF THE APPROVED RMA RETURN TICKET

*No returns after 60 calendar days of receiving of the part order.

*No returns on special order or custom built or altered parts in any way.

*No returns on electrical parts

*No shipping, crating or handling charges will be reimbursed.

*Shipping charges back to factory are the responsibility of the party returning the item.

*15% restocking fee will be charged.

 

SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES: Any shortages or damages on a parts order must be reported to scparts@americancargogroup.com   within 4 business days of receipt. Pictures of damaged items may be asked for. If a shortage or damaged parts order is not reported within 4 business days, you will forfeit any no charge parts or credits.
