PART RETURNS: To ensure that you receive proper credit for your returned parts, you must first send an email to scparts@americancargogroup.com, stating the reason for the return. If the return is approved, we will send you a form (RMA) that must be sent in with the returned parts. Failure to do so will result in the return being rejected and NO credit will be issued.
NO PARTS WILL BE CREDITED WITHOUT A COPY OF THE APPROVED RMA FORM
- No returns after 60 calendar days of receiving the part order.
- No returns on special orders, custom builds, or altered parts in any way.
- No returns on electrical parts
- No shipping, crating, or handling charges will be reimbursed.
- Shipping charges back to factory are the responsibility of the party returning the item.
- 15% restocking fee will be charged.
SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES: Any shortages or damages on a parts order it must be reported to scparts@americancargogroup.com within 4 business days of receipt. Pictures of damaged items may be asked for. If a shortage or damaged parts order is not reported within 4 business days, you will forfeit any exchanges or credits.
